If you have won a prize amount over $5000, each official state lottery requires that you claim your winnings directly from them.
The physical ticket must be picked up in person at our retail location within your state. A Customer Success Team member will reach out to you within 24 hours of the completed drawing to set up an appointment for you to come pick up your ticket.
In order to receive your ticket, Lotto.com requires two forms of valid identification:
Government-Issued photo ID with your name and date of birth
Utility bill with your name and address
Upon arrival at your appointment, you will be required to sign a release form acknowledging that you have picked up your ticket and are now solely responsible for it.
You may also be asked to participate in an OPTIONAL large-check ceremony.
