If you have won a prize amount between $600-$5000, the physical ticket must be transferred to you to comply with state lottery regulations.
A Customer Success member will reach out to you via email within 24 hours of the completed drawing to confirm your current mailing address, proof of residency, or temporary stay.
In this email, a release form that must be returned with an electronic signature is included. The release form acknowledges that your ticket is being mailed to you and that Lotto.com is not responsible for the ticket moving forward.
Once all your information has been reviewed and confirmed, your ticket will be shipped to you via USPS certified mail. A tracking number will be sent to your email directly.
Please keep in mind a signature will be required by USPS upon delivery.
