To place orders on Lotto.com, Private Relay, proxies, VPNs, and other location masking software must be disabled.
For Safari users: iCloud’s Private Relay will prevent your location from being confirmed. If you receive an error that a Private Relay or Proxy has been detected, follow these steps:
- At the top of the Lotto.com order page, click AA to the left of the URL.
- Click Show IP Address on the drop-down menu.
- Click Allow on the confirmation popup.
- Try to place your order again.
Please note: These steps are required for each visit to Lotto.com while the iCloud Private Relay is active on your device. If you would like to disable iCloud Private Relay, follow these steps:
- Go to your device’s Settings app.
- Select your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Select iCloud.
- Select Private Relay (Beta).
- Switch the toggle to the off (gray) position.
For non-Safari users: If a proxy or VPN is active on your device, you must disable it to place orders on Lotto.com. To disable these programs, follow these steps:
iPhone:
- Open the Settings app.
- Click General.
- Click VPN.
- Toggle any active VPNs to the off position.
Android:
- Open the Settings app.
- Click Connections.
- Click More Connection settings.
- Click VPN.
- Toggle any active VPNs to the off position.
Mac:
- Click the Apple icon on the top left.
- Click System Settings.
- Click Network on the left menu.
- Click VPN.
- Toggle any active VPNs to the off position.
