Purchase limits refer to the amount of money you can spend on Lotto.com. These limits include transactions that are made from either external payment methods or promotional credits.
Purchase limits can be set for daily, weekly, and monthly periods. Please keep in mind that the lowest limit will always take precedence.
Upon registration, Lotto.com accounts include the following pre-set purchase limits:
Daily purchase limit: $250.00
Weekly purchase limit: $500.00
Monthly purchase limit: $2,000.00
The following steps may be used to adjust the purchase limits on your Lotto.com account:
Login to your Lotto.com account
Select ‘Profile’ on the menu
Select ‘Settings’
Select ‘Limits’
Click the pencil icon next to the purchase limit you would like to adjust
Enter your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly limit
Please Note: Once a purchase limit is set, it may not be increased for seven (7) days.
