You can see your scratch tickets as soon as your order is processed and the images are ready in your Lotto.com™ account!
We'll send you an order confirmation email after you place your order. If your tickets aren't ready yet, your screen will show that your order is still pending.
Once your scratch ticket is ready to be scratched, you'll get another email titled "Scratchcard Ready" with a direct link to view it.
To view your scratch tickets without using the link in your email, just follow these steps:
On your account homepage, click on ‘Orders' in the bottom menu.
Select the ‘Scratch Ticket’ tab.
Find the ticket you want to see and click 'Details.'
Click the "Scratch Now" button to start scratching!
To reveal your ticket, move your finger or mouse cursor across the screen. Want it faster? Just click on “Reveal Prize” at the top right corner!
You can even change the size of your scratch area! Click on the gear icon to change the cursor size.
We’ve also made it easier to see if your ticket is a winner or not. As soon as you reveal your entire ticket, a pop-up will appear to let you know if you're a winner!
To reveal all scratch tickets in your order at once, press and hold the "Quick Scratch All" button. This will scratch and reveal all tickets in your order, eliminating the need to scratch each one manually.
Once all scratchcards from your order have been revealed, a drop-down menu in the top right corner will appear, letting you switch between unscratched, scratched, and backside images of all your order's scratchcards.
