If you have placed a scratch ticket order and received an order confirmation email, this means your transaction went through!
After you receive your confirmation email, our team will begin the process of sending you a digital copy of your scratch ticket during our operating hours.
Once processed, you will see your scratch ticket and can "scratch it" using your finger or mouse as a cursor to reveal your ticket.
Please note that processing times may vary based on volume and the time of day the order was placed.
