For winnings of $600* and above, a member of our team will reach out to you directly to set up a date and time if you would like to pick up your winning ticket in person.
When picking up your ticket, you will need to bring the following documents:
- Valid US government-issued photo ID such as a passport or driver's license
In the event additional information is needed to verify your identity, please be prepared to show a recent utility bill (within 3 months).
