For winnings above your state's winning threshold, a member of our team will contact you directly to set up a date and time for you to pick up your winning ticket in person.
When picking up your ticket, you will need to bring the following documents:
Valid US government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license
If additional information is needed to verify your identity, please be prepared to show a recent utility bill (from within the last 3 months).
