Confirming your location on Lotto.com™ is a necessary step to complete your order. We use a geolocation check to do this, which confirms your device’s current location.
To place orders on Lotto.com, location services must be enabled for the Lotto.com app.
To enable location services for the Lotto.com app, follow these steps:
1. On your device's home screen, find the Lotto.com app icon.
2. Touch and hold the app icon.
3. Tap ‘App info’
4. Tap ‘Permissions’ and then ‘Location’
5. Select 'Allow all the time' or 'Allow only while using the app'
6. If you've allowed location access, turn on 'Use precise location'
