Trying to request a payout, but don't see your bank listed?
First, try typing your bank's name into the search bar.
If you still can't find your bank after searching, simply click "Link bank manually" at the bottom of the pop-up.
From there, you'll just need to enter your bank's routing and account numbers. Once that's done, you can review and submit your payout request!
Once you've entered your bank account details, you're all set to request your payout! You should see your winnings in your bank account within 1-3 business days.
Having trouble requesting a payout through Aeropay?
To manually enter your bank account information, exit Aeropay and click the link at the bottom of the payout screen. Enter your bank's routing and account numbers and then review to submit your payout request!
You can expect to receive your funds within 7-10 business days.
Just a heads up: Aeropay currently does not support payouts that are requested to digital banks, such as Chime, CashApp, PayPal, or Venmo.
