Your account balance shows the total amount of money in your account. Any funds in your account balance can be used towards new orders.
Only your payable balance, which includes your winnings, is eligible for withdrawal by submitting a payout request. Any other credits on your account, such as those added to your wallet or from a promotion, are non-payable and cannot be paid out.
Please note: If you order additional tickets after receiving your winnings, your winnings will automatically apply to your order.
If you would like to view your transactions, please scroll to the bottom bar of the Lotto.com site and select 'Profile'. On the following page, select 'Transactions'.
