Your account balance shows the total amount of money in your account. Any funds in your account balance can be used towards new orders.
Only your payable balance, which includes your winnings, is eligible for withdrawal by submitting a payout request. Any other credits on your account, such as those added to your wallet or from a promotion/promo code are non-payable and cannot be paid out.
