To order tickets in New York, you must first add funds to the wallet on your account. Once added, these funds can be used towards any games on our platform that are available in the state you are currently in.
To fund your wallet, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Lotto.com account.
- Click Profile on the menu.
- Select Fund Account.
- Select a preset amount, or enter a custom amount you would like to add.
- Enter your payment information.
- Click Fund to finish the transaction.
When funding your wallet, a small service fee is charged for the processing of your order to cover the cost of offering your favorite New York Lottery games. No additional fees are charged for ticket orders placed in New York.
Please be aware, Lotto.com must confirm your location for funds to be added to your wallet. Please enable location services on your device and browser to ensure your location can be confirmed.
