To order tickets in New York, you must first add funds to your account's wallet. Once added, these funds can be used for any games on our platform that are available in your current state.
To fund your wallet, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Lotto.com account.
- Click Profile on the menu.
- Select Fund Account.
- Select a preset amount, or enter a custom amount you would like to add.
- Enter your payment information.
- Click Fund to finish the transaction.
When funding your wallet, a small service fee is charged to process your order to cover the cost of offering your favorite New York Lottery games. No additional fees are charged for ticket orders placed in New York.
Lotto.com must also confirm your location so funds can be added to your wallet. Please enable location services on your device and browser to ensure this can be done.
Please note: A minimum deposit of $5 is required.
