Our Customer Success Team will email you as quickly as possible during operating hours:
Thursday and Sunday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time
All other days: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time
You'll have two options for getting your ticket: pick it up in person at one of our retail locations or have it delivered directly to you via mail.*
