Confirming your location on Lotto.com™ is a necessary step to complete your order. We use a geolocation check to do this, which confirms your device’s current location.
To place orders on Lotto.com, location services must be enabled on your device.
To enable location services on your Windows computer, follow these steps:
1. Go to ‘Start’
2. Click on ‘Settings’
3. Click on ‘Privacy’
4. Click on ‘Location’ from the left-hand side
5. Under ‘Allow access to location on this device’, ensure that it is enabled to ‘On’.
6. Under ‘Allow apps to access your location’, ensure that it is turned ‘On’ and that your browser’s app is enabled
