If you have forgotten your password, follow these simple steps to begin the password reset process:
1. Click Profile on the Lotto.com menu and click Logout if you are currently logged in.
2. Click Forgot Password? under the password text field.
3. Enter your account email and date of birth into the text fields, and click Reset password. An email will be sent to the email you entered.
4. Open the email and click Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password and click Update Password to complete the process.
Password reset emails may take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox. Once you have received your email, you will 60 minutes to reset your password before the link expires.
