How to enable location services for the Lotto.com™ app on iPhone

Confirming your location on Lotto.com™ is a necessary step to complete your order. We use a geolocation check to do this, which confirms your device’s current location.
To place orders on Lotto.com, location services must be enabled for the Lotto.com app. If you don't have your location services enabled, you may receive a pop-up when you check out:
To enable location services for the Lotto.com app, follow these steps:
1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to ‘Settings’
2. Click on ‘Privacy and Security’
3. Click on ‘Location Services’
4. Click on ‘Lotto.com’
5. Under 'Allow Location Access,' select 'While Using the App’ or ‘Always' and turn 'Precise Location' 'ON' (highlighted green).
Once you return to the app, be sure to refresh the screen or app to continue placing your order!
