To place orders on Lotto.com™, location services must be enabled on your device and browser.
To enable location services on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:
- Go to “Settings”
- Click on “Privacy & Security”
- Click on “Location Services”
- Ensure that ‘Location Services’ is enabled for the device (the toggle should be green)
- After enabling location services for your device, scroll down to the app you are using to access Lotto.com
- Ensure location services are enabled for the app.
- Refresh the app or browser and try to place your order again.
